Our winery takes care of all their wine production processes: from the cultivation of the grapevines all the way to bottling. Because of the very modest production of less than 15,000 bottles per year, we are able to attend to all the phases in great detail that from the care of the vine delivers our wines into the bottle directly via the winery.
The winemaking techniques used are almost all artisanal by virtue of the small production.
Our winery works in favor of sustainability in the production processes by not using chemical herbicides and treating the vines against parasites without the use of synthetic products. Since 2019, our winery has been organically certified.
