Safe shipments

All our shipments are traceable from the moment of pick up from our winery to the delivery at your door, thanks to our logistics partner.

As soon as MBE has picked up your order at our winery you will receive an email with the tracking code and the contact information for customer care.

The package is stored in air-conditioned spaces during the shipment route. The thick packing material will preserve the product quality from any changes in temperature that may occur until the final delivery day.

All shipments are insured, and in the case of any damage (though very unlikely), we will replace the bottles.

Shipment to the US according to applicable law

We offer two shipping options to the US:

1. US Local Shipping (2-3 days): Available only for orders containing products marked with "US Local Stock". If your cart includes other products, the entire order will ship from Italy, and this option won't be available at checkout.
2. Italy to US Shipment (4 weeks): All products not in the US Local Stock will ship from Italy. Delivery time is approximately 4 weeks due to customs and import procedures. If you choose the Express option, delivery will take about 2 weeks.

The price for the US includes all customs and tax costs. Orders will be delivered directly to your door by authorized retailers.
